Water Margin Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant, specialising in Sichuan cooking – tantalising spicy and aromatic dishes, cooked to perfection and served with a smile.
The signature dish is the spicy chicken, which Yong recommends. “It is a bit spicy, but I am sure you will love it!”

Yong enjoys taking care of his customers, suggesting new dishes and customer favourites. For first time visitors to the restaurant, Yong has plenty of recommendations. His first suggestion is usually the hand-made wontons which are made fresh each day, in the Water Margin kitchen.
“Whether you like spicy or sweet, we can always get something that suits your flavour preference” says Yong.
